Shipping + Returns

Shipping:   Katsura Hair + Beauty is currently only shipping to the Continental US. We ship from our shop in Washington, USA.

We want your order to arrive ASAP! We process orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days after you press order. Once shipped, the order will typically arrive in 3-7 Business Days, depending on the shipping option selected and on your location.

We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments so that you can follow your order status online. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays at the post office outside of our control.

Exchanges:  In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective bottle, we’re happy to exchange the product for a new one. Please email hello@katsurabeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Samples: Because each of our samples are curated by hand, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges of them. However, if you have an issue with your product, please reach out to hello@katsurabeauty.com and maybe we can help.

Refunds:  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
