Katsura Hair + Beauty is currently only shipping to the Continental US. We ship from our shop in Washington, USA.

We want your order to arrive ASAP! We process orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days after you press order. Once shipped, the order will typically arrive in 3-7 Business Days, depending on the shipping option selected and on your location.

We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments so that you can follow your order status online. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays at the post office outside of our control.

We sure hope that your packages arrive to you safely.

In the case of stolen packages, we sadly cannot take responsibility for this. Once your order leaves our office you are given a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for your order.

We feel horrible that is common in our communities but if a package is showing as delivered but is not physically at your delivery address, your first recourse is to local authorities. After contacting the local authorities, we would recommend you file a claim with the shipping carrier (currently either FedEx or USPS), which may reimburse you up to shipping and the price of the products purchased.

Again, we are very sorry if this happens to your package.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective bottle, we’re happy to exchange the product for a new one. Please email hello@katsurabeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Samples: Because each of our samples are curated by hand, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of them. However, if you have an issue with your product, please reach out to hello@katsurabeauty.com and maybe we can help.

We hope your products haven't leaked or been damaged in shipping! We take extra care to use tape over our lids and our sample cups to help reduce any spillage.

What is a Sample Box? Experience beauty delivered to your doorstep with our monthly subscription box, featuring a curated selection of salon-tested and approved haircare favorites.

You'll be excited to test an array of premium salon hair-care samples, perfect for trying out new products and discovering your next favorite gem.

We hope you find these professional hair care product samples not only enjoyable but also beneficial in achieving gorgeous, healthy hair.  

How Does It Work? Each month FOUR haircare samples will arrive at your door. A shampoo, a conditioner, a treatment, and a styling product. Each container yields 3-5 uses. 

$21.00 + tax 

Some products will be labeled for fine hair, and some will be labeled for curly hair but in the salon, we have found that sometimes that product you wouldn't normally choose ends up being your absolute favorite!  

You'll always have the ability to skip a box or cancel your subscription at any time. No commitments!

Because we are a small business, we can ship your boxes each month on the anniversary of your purchase date, or you can customize your billing date by logging into your account.

How Much Does a Subscription Cost? Our monthly subscription hair care sample box is $21.00 + tax.

Why Are Boxes Numbered? We want our customers to experience all our specially curated Monthly Sample Boxes so each subscriber starts with Box #1 and continues from there.

Can I Personalize My Sample Box? Not at this time, as we are slowly building up our inventory of our favorite products. Eventually, you will be able to!

How Do I Edit My Subscription? Hopefully, you still have the email we sent you when you purchased a subscription box or any follow-up subscription emails.

Open that email, you will see a "Manage Subscription" Button. Click that Button. That will take you to our website where you can click the "See More Details" Button.

Here you can view Upcoming, Schedules and Order History.

If you scroll down, you can reschedule your order date or skip an order. Edit frequency and Edit your payment method.

You can also Pause or Cancel your subscription here.

I Deleted My Subscription Emails No problem! Please email us at hello@katsurabeauty.com and we will send you a link to your account.

How Do I Skip a Sample Box? Please log into your account from the email we send when your box ships or on our website and you can adjust your subscription there. You'll be sent the next box in our numbered series when you choose to resume your subscription.

What Day Each Month Will My Card Be Charged? Your credit or debit card will be charged on the same day each month that you originally signed up for a Katsura Sample Box. Your box will ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. If you would like to change the day you are charged for your monthly box, simply log into your customer account and update it there.

Can I Just Buy A Box Without A Subscription? Yes! Click on the box individually in the products section or under the Sample Box Collection and purchase! You'll receive it in 3-5 business days.

Some sellers may not be authorized distributors, so they may not sell authentic products. Additionally, limited control over storage conditions could impact the product's effectiveness, being old or spoiled. Buying from us ensures fresh, current products that comes directly from the manufacturer.

Can I Purchase A Gift Card? Yes! Our digital Gift Cards arrive to you or a person of choice by email with instructions on how to redeem and use them for future purchases.

Gift cards can be used for our full-size bottles, our product samples, individual sample boxes, or even our subscription boxes and they do not expire!
