From the Stylists:

Apply to wet hair, from mid-shaft to ends first IF your hair is more golden at the bottom.
Let it sit for approx 30-60 seconds then apply to the root area. Lather fully, and let process for as long as desired.
Use 2-3 times per week alternating with a moisturizing shampoo or as often as needed to neutralize unwanted brassiness.
